          and Community Relationships
          「賽馬會社工創新力量:不一樣的飯局」由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金支持及捐助,計劃為受                                                       2020-2021
          衝突影響的家庭成員提供平台及機會,嘗試及學習以正面的態度聆聽及表達,為改善家庭關
          係邁出第一步,調解最近因社會動盪及疫情而出現的家庭緊張關係。
           
          承蒙賽馬會慈善信託基金贊助,「青年服務創新計劃」鼓勵青少年以創新手法探討及解決社
          會問題,相關的社區導賞活動注重參加者區內回憶,透過導賞將彼此的生活回憶連結,促進
          年青人的溝通合作,提升社交能力。 


          獲大埔區議會贊助,由本處深宵外展隊主辦,香港教育大學學生事務處協辦的暴雨驕陽社區
          綜合服務計劃2020-2021以「夜聲」為主題,喻意「夜裡的聲音」,聆聽外展年青人的成長
          歷程。在此計劃下,二十位大學生及二十五位深宵高危年青人進行融合活動,包括:繪畫流
          體藝術畫、咖啡拉花、拍製街舞短片和製作甜品等,加深雙方的認識,並發揮所長。

                                            “InnoPower JC: Fellowship for Social Workers – A Meal that
                                            makes Difference” was supported with the donation from the
                                            Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. The project provided a
                                            platform and an opportunity to family members, who were under
                                            the impact of conflicts within the family, to take the first step to
                                            improve the family relationship and mediate family tension arising
                                            from the recent social turmoil and epidemic situation by trying and
                                            learning to listen and express their ideas with a positive attitude.
                                             
                                            Sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, “InnoPower
                                            JC: Fellowship for Social Workers” encouraged youths to look into and
                                            resolve social issues with innovative approach. For example, related
                                            community tours gave prominence to the collective memories of the
                                            participants about the district and drew connection among them to
                                            encourage communication and cooperation among youths, thus

                                            Sunshine in the Storm Project 2020-2021 was sponsored by Tai Po
                                            District Council and organized by the Overnight Outreaching Team of the
                                            Agency, with the support from the Student Affairs Office of the Education
                                            University of Hong Kong. Featuring “nightingale” as the theme of the
                                            year, which also carries the meaning of “the voices at night”, the service
                                            providers listened to the youths as they shared about their growth and
                                            provide 20 university students and 25 high-risk young night drifters
                                            integrated activities, such as fluid art painting, latte art, street dance
                                            videos production and dessert making. As such, these activities had
                                            deepened mutual understanding and given full play to their strengths.
