個案服務

Casework Service
本年度，大埔地區青少年外展社會工作隊共處理三百八十七宗個案及五百四十八宗準個
案，主要的服務形式為個案面談及小組活動。處理個案的問題主要集中在青少年的自我
功能發揮、朋輩關係及就業需要方面。

馬鞍山青少年外展社會工作隊結合日間與深宵外展服務介入手法，於本年度共處理
四百五十八宗個案。個案介入焦點主要為自我功能、職業、學校及教育。深宵時段曾接
受指導及輔導服務、危機介入及護送服務的青少年共有四百八十三人次，深宵服務節數
為四百六十三節。

星鳥計劃的外展社工於本年度的深宵時段曾提供指導及輔導服務、危機介入及護送服務
予青少年共有二千一百四十三人次，為深宵青少年提供一千三百九十二節小組及活動。

一微^_^米網上青年支援隊於本年度共處理二百六十宗個案，當中二百五十四宗為網
上及六宗為網下服務，另有一千四百九十宗潛在個案。處理個案的問題主要集中在青
少年的就業、學校及教育、情緒、人際關係及發展適應。主要以電競及技能發展、手
工藝製作和媒體製作活動為介入方式。全年輔導的節數為二千九百一十三節，當中
二千六百一十二節為網上和三百零一節為網下。

This year, Tai Po District Youth Outreaching Social Work Team had handled 387 cases and 548
potential cases. The services provided were mainly case interviews and group activities, and
most of the cases were related to the ego functioning, peer relationship and employment needs
of the youth.

Ma On Shan Youth Outreaching Social Work Team had combined the intervention strategies of
daytime and overnight outreaching services, and completed the handling of 458 cases this year.
The major focuses of case intervention are ego-function, occupation, school and education. For
overnight outreaching services, guidance and counselling services, crisis intervention and escort
service had been delivered to a total of 483 youths under 463 service sessions.

年 少 處 服 港 青 務 香 The outreach social workers of Project Sinews had provided overnight guidance and counselling
services, crisis intervention and escort services, and arranged 1,392 sessions of group meeting
and activity to a total of 2,143 young service users this year.

eSm^_^iley Cyber Youth Support Team had handled 260 cases this year, of which 254 were
online services and 6 were offline. 1,490 potential cases were also reported. The handled cases
concerned mostly with problems relating to youth employment, school and education, emotions,
interpersonal relationships and development and adaptation. For intervention activities, most of
which centered around esports and skills development, arts and crafts, and media production.
Throughout the year, a total of 2,913 counselling sessions were held, and among which 2612
were conducted online and 301 were conducted offline.
