職員培訓

Staff Training
為加強同工預備新常態服務模式，本處各中心於
本年度分別舉辦「OH Cards培訓課程」、「六
色積木Six Bricks初階及進階證書課程」及「網 2020-2021
上文字輔導初階訓練工作坊」等同工培訓課程，
提升同工專業技巧及輔助工具的應用。同時，
本處亦安排前線同工參加由香港聖約翰救護機
構舉辦的「賽馬會『顫動人心』社區計劃去顫法
(AED)課程」，更在單位安裝自動體外心臟去纖
維性顫動法(AED) 設備，增加服務使用者及同工
的安全保障。

In order to strengthen fellow workers’ preparation
for the new regular service model, various centres of
the Agency had held “OH Cards Training Course”,
“Elementary and Advanced Six Bricks Course
With Certificate” and “Elementary Online Texting
Guidance Training Workshop” this year, aiming to
enhance the fellows’ professional skills and their
ability to use the assisting tools. On the other hand,
the Agency had arranged frontline staff to participate
in the “Jockey Club Heart Safe Community Project
– Defibrillation (AED) Course” organized by Hong
Kong St. John Ambulance. Automated External
Defibrillator (AED) facilities were even installed in the

Future Direction
各中心將繼續與不同界別攜手合作，推動青少年生涯規
劃，支援有精神健康或有特殊學習需要的青少年及其家
人，鼓勵青少年發揮藝術創意能力，善用網上網下媒
體，擴闊視野及參與社區活動。

The Centres will continue to cooperate with different sectors
to promote youth career planning, support young people with
mental health or special learning needs and their families, and
encourage young people to develop their artistic creativity,
utilize online and offline media so as to broaden their horizons
and increase their participation in community activities.
