Tai Po District Youth Outreaching Social Work Team and Project Sinews - Tai Po District Youth
Outreaching Service covers the whole Tai Po district which includes seven public housing estates:
Kwong Fuk, Fu Shin, Fu Heng, Tai Yuen, Tai Wo, Wan Tau Tong and Po Heung.

Ma On Shan Youth Outreaching Social Work Team provides services for at least eight public housing
estates and housing estates including Yiu On Estate, Kam Hay Court, Fok On Garden, Fu Fai
Garden, Lee On Estate, Kam Long Court, Saddle Ridge Garden and Kam Ying Court, etc.

Project Sinews - North District Overnight Outreaching Service for Young Night Drifters provides
service in Fanling and Sheung Shui districts, which include major estates such as Cheung Wah, Wah
Ming, Yung Shing, Ka Fuk, Tai Ping, Ching Ho, Tin Ping, Choi Yuen and surrounding housing estates,
as well as the sub-urb area near Luen Wo Hui and Shek Wu Hui.

eSm^_^iley Cyber Youth Support Team reaches out to young people on the online platforms
commonly used by the youth and collaborates with cross-sector stakeholders, providing service in
New Territories East, including Sha Tin, Tai Po and Sheung Shui.
