Enhancing Employment of Youth

外展服務隊與勞工處合辦職場特訓班，為雙待青少年提供度身訂造的培訓課程，提高他們的可僱能
力。本年度共招募了六十八位參加者，參加化妝形象專業課程、專業寵物美容基礎課程(CClass)、
甜品烘焙訓練課程、咖啡沖調及拉花課程、專業舞蹈員訓練課程、銅級國際專業康體私人教練證書
課程及一、二級山藝訓練證書課程，青少年完成課程後可持有接受進階訓練的基本資格。

本年度更特別與不同的商界伙伴合作，舉辦為年青人拍攝求職相片、以藝術方式進行積極及正向思
考訓練、與CEO暢談生涯規劃及進行模擬求職面試等活動，讓年青人從中得到更豐富的體驗及啟
發，擴闊眼界，拓展就業機會。

In collaboration with the Labour Department, Outreaching service team held Targeted Career Training Mission
(TCTM) to offered customized training courses to youths not in employment, education or training to improve
their employability. In this year, 68 youths had participated in TCTM courses, including professional image
styling and cosmetology course, basic professional pet grooming course (CClass), bakery and pastry course,
coffee brewing and latte art course, professional dancer training course, bronze professional personal fitness
trainer certification course and level I and II mountain craft training course. Participants who complete the
courses are qualified to apply for advanced training.

In this particular year, different partnership with the business community had been forged to provide a variety
of activities to the participants. Some of which include shooting profile photos, proactive and positive thinking
training through art activities, CEO chats about CLP, job interview simulation, etc. These had provided the
youth with eye-opening experience and ample inspiration, enhancing their chances to secure employment.

禁毒預防教育及介入服務

Anti-drug Preventive Education and
Intervention Services
承蒙禁毒基金贊助，「危機轉向PSB計劃」透過醫社合作模式，提供非住
院式戒毒服務，更結合了職業治療服務與生涯發展元素。一系列活動配合
興趣及職業技能訓練配套，協助青少年發展健康的興趣，提升他們的自我
發展能力；連結社區上的商戶及商界持份者，按興趣為青少年配對試工計
劃及就業機會。服務隊成功協助一百名吸食毒品的青少年提升生涯適應力
及就業能力，擺脫吸毒生涯而開始戒毒里程。

另一由禁毒基金贊助的預防及輔導介入計劃「Chill甩幻草園」，旨在加強
大專院校的大麻禁毒教育，透過社交網絡媒介、新科技和真實脫出遊戲，
青 港 香 少 務 處 年 服 提升大專院校學生對大麻禍害的認識及危機意識。針對吸食大麻的青少
年，計劃應用敘事治療，結合靜觀、潮流體藝、園藝、中西醫及性治療師
諮詢等元素於個案輔導，由個人至社會層面作介入，包括：外展服務、治
療小組、專上學生教育、家長教育及社區展覽等，讓吸食大麻的青少年表
達內在的故事，更深入地反思，重構未來的人生。

就著由北區民政事務處及北區撲滅罪行委員會合辦，禁毒基金贊助的「同
心．同力．同行」，北區深宵外展隊舉行了一系列的禁毒活動，包括：運
