馬鞍山青少年外展社會工作隊於本年度持續得到商界善 2020-2021

from the business community this year, Ma On Shan Youth experience
Outreaching Social Work Team has maintained its services
to promote resilience among young service users through
continuous sports training to resist bad influence. Examples
of the sports training provided to youths include, volleyball
training provided by the professional players and coaches
and arranged by the coach of Hong Kong national volleyball
team, and tennis programme as a result of the joint effort of
the business community and Mr. Henry So Hoh Kong, the
former top tennis player in Hong Kong, who helped liaising
with business partners and provided training to the youths
himself.

支援隊定期於青少年受歡迎的網上討論區及社交平台,主動
接觸青少年,於Instagram、Heymandi和連登討論區建立工
作據點,接觸不同的青少年。因應新冠肺炎疫情,支援隊製
作不同的直播節目,主題包括:自我認識、與人相處、愛情
價值觀等,於網上平台與青少年一同探討不同的議題。
The support team regularly approached youths on online forums
and social networks that are popular among them and extended
their reaches through building their bases in Instagram, Heymandi
and LIHKG. In view of the COVID-19 epidemic, the support team
had also produced webcasting programmes, covering a wide
range of topics which include self-understanding, getting along
with others, values of love, etc., and discussed different issues
with young people on the online platforms.
