跨單位協作網上網下支援青少年及家長
Cross-unit Coordination to Provide Online-to-Offline Support to
Young people and Parents
支援隊聯同本處學校社會工作服務、綜合青少年服務中心及賽馬會鼓掌．創你程生涯規
劃隊（新界東）合作推行「明心窗— 中學文憑試支援服務」，結合網上支援、生涯
規劃服務及放榜諮詢服務，由準備考試到放榜、選科及求職，為應屆中學文憑試考生提
供一系列支援服務。
支援隊除了回應網上網下青少年的服務需要，亦於本年度為家長及從事青少年工作者舉
辦多達十四次的講座，增加他們對網上文化及新文化產業出路的認識。此外，支援隊會
以諮詢服務的方式，個別了解有需要的家長正面對的困難，從而提升家庭對子女的支援
功能。
In collaboration with the school social work service unit of the Agency, Integrated Children and
Youth Services Centres and the CLD team of CLAP@JC (New Territories East), the support team
had provided “Understanding Me Project– Support Service for HKDSE” that covered online
support, CLD services and results consultation services. The integrated support services from the
preparation of examination, results release, programme selection to job seeking were available for
DSE candidates.
In addition to giving online-to-offline response to the service needs of young people, the support
team organized 14 talks targeted at parents and youth workers last year, to enhance their
knowledge of Internet cultures and the career pathways of the new cultural industry. Apart from
this, the team also provided consultation to apprehend the difficulties encountered by parents in
needs and strengthen the family support to children.
