精神健康及抗逆活動
Mental Health & Resilience Activities
本處賽馬會平行心間計劃及粉嶺中心獲社會福利署大埔及北區辦事處推廣社區精神健康聚焦小組邀 2020-2021
請,於本年度十月三十日舉行「Cheer噏直播室」,透過網上直播互動遊戲、閒談及音樂分享,與青
少年分享音樂與減壓方法。當晚活動吸引了六百三十六位網上觀眾參與及留言,令大家在輕鬆的氣氛
下舒減壓力。
麗城中心獲荃灣區議會撥款十六萬,於本年度十一月至十二月期間舉辦「荃晴行動」,通過小學生標
語創作比賽、禪繞工作坊、和諧粉彩親子體驗日及線上直播的「花.語.盼望」Roadshow等活動,
向區內居民推廣關注精神健康的重要性。中心更邀請了著名插畫家Nothing Serious製作WhatsApp貼
圖及文件夾,分別在網絡進行推廣及在社區派發,營造互相關懷的社區氛圍。此外,方樹泉中心亦獲
九龍民政事務署贊助及Paper One全力支持,舉辦「You.com青連社區情緒健康計劃」,把獲獎的參
賽作品印製成「2021年希望旅程」年曆簿,更邀請了九龍城民政事務專員蔡敏君太平紳士、社會福利
署九龍城及油尖旺區福利專員關淑儀女士、九龍城區青年活動委員會主席梁毓偉先生、本處總幹事李
婉心女士及其他嘉賓,為青少年送上希望和祝福,向社區人士傳遞「心存盼望.擁抱未來」的信息。
LevelMind@JC of the Agency and Fanling Centre were invited by the
Community Mental Health Promotional Focus Group of the Social Welfare
Department Tai Po & North District Office, to hold “Cheer Up Live Broadcast”
on October 30 this year and share music and ways of destressing with young
people through interactive games, chitchats and music sharing by online
live-streaming. The activity had attracted 636 audiences participating and
commenting, relieving everybody’s stress under such relaxing atmosphere.
Belvedere Garden Centre was granted $160,000 by Tsuen Wan District
Council to organize “Sunny Tsuen Wan Action Project”from November to
December this year, which aimed to promote the importance of attending
mental health to the district’s residents, through slogan contest for primary
school students, Zentangle workshop, parent-kid Nagomi pastel art
experiential day, online live roadshow “Floral Hope” and etc. The Centre
had also invited a famous illustrator, Nothing Serious, to design WhatsApp
stickers and folders, creating a caring community ambience by promoting

the Social Welfare Department, Mr Leung Yuk Wai, Kenneth, Chairperson
of the Kowloon City District Youth Programme Committee, Ms Lee Yuen
Sum, Joyce, Director of the Agency and other guests to deliver their wishes
and blessings to the youth and spread the message of “Embrace Hopes,
Embrace Future” to the community members.
