          獲香港賽馬會「新冠肺炎緊急援助基金」贊助,本處舉辦了「『疫境同行—小善大愛』
          計劃」,  鼓勵青少年加強防疫及向弱勢社群表達關懷,其中包括:發佈創意防疫短片、
          舉辦香薰減壓工作坊、製作心意手作及八達通套等活動,向少數族裔人士、板間房住戶、
          逗留家中的同學傳達防疫及積極正面的資訊,在短短不足一個月內已有四千人次參與。 

          兒童發展基金第八批計劃—「伴我創Teen才培育計劃VI 」啟動禮於本年十一月二十一
          日以網上直播形式在粉嶺中心舉行。當天邀請到社會福利署助理署長(青年及感化服務)
          郭李夢儀女士、鳳溪公立學校校友會榮譽會長黃德耀先生、本處執行委員會義務司庫羅美
          芳女士及總幹事李婉心女士擔任嘉賓,並為一百零二位導生監誓,見證導生參與計劃之承
          諾。啟動禮出席者包括:友師、家長、捐款人士、計劃的舊生及其他支持計劃的人士,超
          過一百八十人於現場及網上出席活動,為新一屆導生送上祝福。

          在「伍威權慈善基金」資助下,共八十四位學童獲十五萬元資助,協助解決學習、經濟及
          醫療方面的困難。

                              Sponsored by the “Jockey Club Emergency Relief Fund”, the Agency organized “Do
                              Small Things with Great Love” scheme to encourage young people to work on pandemic
                              prevention and show care to the disadvantaged. Activities such as publishing creative
                              pandemic prevention videos, holding stress relief fragrance workshops and making
                              handicrafts and Octopus card holders were held, spreading pandemic prevention and
                              positive information to ethnic minorities, households living in cubicle apartments and
                              students at home. The Scheme had attracted 4,000 times of participation in less than a
                              month.

                              Eighth Batch of Child Development Fund – “Stand by Me VI” Opening Ceremony took place
                              in Fanling Centre on November 21 this year through online streaming. Mrs. Kwok Li Mung
                              Yee, Helen, Assistant Director (Youth & Corrections) of the Social Welfare Department, Mr
                              Wong Tak Yiu, Honorary Chairman of Fung Kai Public School Old Students’ Association,
                              Mrs Law Mei Fong, Honorary Treasurer and Ms Lee Yuen Sum Joyce, Director of the
                              Agency’s Executive Committee were invited as our guests and administered the oaths
                              of our 102 mentees, witnessing their commitment to the participation of the Scheme.
                              Attendees of the Opening Ceremony included mentors, parents, donors, old mentees and
                              other supporters of the Scheme. Over 180 people attended the Ceremony in person and
                              via online, delivering their blessings to the new batch of mentees.


                              A sum of 84 students had received $150,000 under the sponsorship of “Albert Wu Charity
                              Fund”, which helped solving the problems towards their study, economic and medical
                              issues.
