Youth CLD intervention
青年生涯發展介入由青少年主導的向度出發,社
區隊同工與其他單位同工共建具生涯發展元素的
班組,透過使用特有的介入工具,例如VASK咭和
CV360,讓參加的青年了解自己的生涯特性。社區
隊協助發展輔導方法,運用敍事治療及生涯設計等
手法,跟進主流服務單位的青年,以生涯故事發展
啟發青少年思考生涯發展的方向。
Youth CLD interventions are organised from a youth-
led perspective, with Community Team workers working
with colleagues from other units to build groups with
CLD elements. Through the use of specific intervention
tools, such as the VASK card and CV360, participating
youth are able to understand their own career
characteristics. The Community Team helps develop
counselling methods by using narrative therapy and
