         社工了解如何建立跨專業協作機制,協助
         青年人從學校成功過渡到社區;認識社區
         連結專員發揮的功能及角色;了解學習小
         組的功能及其日後的運作。


         A training workshop was held on the theme
         of  “Smooth Transition of  Students  from
         School to Workplace Community” to share
         the model of community resource integration
         to optimise the existing CLD services through
         the  Understanding  Me  Project’s  CLD  and
         Online Counselling Service and the Red Team
         Growth and Planning of Youth Scheme. The
         workshop helped school social workers to
         understand how to establish a multi-disciplinary
         collaboration mechanism to help young people
         make a successful transition from school to the
         community; understand the functions and roles
         played by the Community Connectors, and
         understand the functions of learning groups
         and their future operation.

                                                            Pre-employment CLD Support

                                                            展翅青見職場特訓班計劃中的人際關係培訓內
                                                            容經重新調整,在原有訓練及生涯規劃的內
                                                            容上,強化了發展元素,包括:CV360工具
                                                            使用、裝備企業義工、運用CV360進行模擬
                                                            面試及連結學員與商界持份者。此外,團隊與
                                                            Generations合作,舉辦職前訓練課程。


                                                            The interpersonal relationship training content of
                                                            the Youth Employment and Training Programme
                                                            has been re-organized to enhance the development
                                                            elements of the original training and CLP content,
                                                            including using CV360 tools, equipping corporate
                                                            volunteers, conducting mock interviews using
                                                            CV360 and connecting trainees with business
                                                            stakeholders. In addition, the team collaborated
                                                            with Generations to conduct pre-employment
                                                            training courses.
