由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金策劃及捐助，本處聯同其他策略伙伴推行為期十年的
生涯探索計劃— 「賽馬會鼓掌．創你程計劃」，致力連結學校、商界及社福
機構，結合跨界別資源，建構一個與青年共創和可持續發展的生涯發展體系，令
青少年能更順暢地從在學過渡至工作的人生階段，踏出新一步。計劃由二零二零
年九月開始，本處的工作主要在全港三分之一的中學協助推行「香港生涯發展自
評基準」及連結各持份者，在社區中推行主流化的青年生涯發展服務。

Created and funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, a ten-year Career
and Life Development (CLD) Project “CLAP@JC” has been implemented under the
collaboration of our Agency and other strategic partners. Aiming to foster a sustainable
ecosystem co-created with the youth, the Project brings together the education,
business, and community sectors for the cross-sectoral support to smoothen the
transition from school to work for all youth to make their new move. The Project was
launched in September 2020 and our Agency mainly works to promote youth CLD
service in the community by helping with the implementation of “Hong Kong Benchmarks
for Career and Life Development” (“HKBM”) in one-third of the secondary schools and
bringing together every stakeholder. 67
