Support Services to School Leavers
本處獲民政事務局資助，於二十三間中學推行「想創前圖」青年
生涯規劃訓練計劃，以協助中三至中六學生認識自己的能力和探
討自己的興趣，從而規劃自己的出路，活動包括：模擬放榜、性
格透視工作坊、面試工作坊、行業人士分享講座、探訪工作場地
及行業試工體驗等。為支援應屆文憑試考生，「明心窗」計劃於
本年度增設更多服務項目，連同本處一微米網上青年支援服務
隊，在學期中製作一系列有關大學選科及工作世界的人物專訪，

Subsidized by the Home Affairs Department, the Agency had launched
the “Career Aspiration Youth Enlightenment Scheme” in 23 secondary
schools in assisting Secondary 3 to Secondary 6 students to understand
their own capabilities and explore interests, in order to plan their future
life path. The Scheme included activities such as mock result release,
personality analysis workshop, interview workshop, industry insiders
sharing, workplace visitations and job trial opportunities. To support
HKDSE candidates, the “Understanding Me Project” will collaborate
with the Agency’s eSm^_^iley Cyber Youth Support Team to provide
new services this year. A series of interviews about major selection in
university and workplace will be made during the semester. The series
will be broadcasted online to attract live interaction with students.

Future Direction
來年，學校社工團隊會特別關注學生的情緒及精神健康
問題，尤其是牽涉青少年的身心精神困擾、自毀傾向、
沉溺行為，以及提升學生在新常態下的學習動力，並加
強其與友儕、家人和社會的聯繫感。期盼在各持分者的
攜手協作下，團隊能盡最大的努力促進青少年的身心健

In the coming year, the school social work team will pay
special attention to students’ emotion and mental health
issues, especially mental and physical distress, suicide
tendency and indulgence behaviours of the youth, aiming to
boost students’ learning motivation under the new norm and
strengthen their sense of connection with peers, family and
the society. By joining hands with every stakeholder, the team
hopes to put our utmost effort to facilitate young people’s
