               精神健康教育及生命教育
               Mental Health & Life Education

               本年度,駐校社工的工作重點為幫助學生快速適應社會環境的急速轉變、促進學生的精神健康、協
               助他們建立健康的朋輩支援網絡,以及鼓勵他們在有困擾時,尋求適當的專業協助。期間,駐校社
               工共舉辦了一千九百八十六節與推廣精神健康、生命教育或壓力管理有關的大型及小組活動。聖瑪
               加利男女英文中小學以「Shall We Talk」為主題,讓學生參與製作精神健康展板及攤位遊戲;樂善
               堂梁銶琚書院及南島中學以繪畫製作和諧粉彩,鼓勵學生在疫情下多關顧自己,利用畫作向別人表
               達關愛;聖公會諸聖中學及香港聖公會何明華會督中學分別在本年度為中二及中六學生舉辦了「感
               恩x藝術工作坊」,引導學生以感恩的角度看待生命;佛教善德英文中學舉辦了「課後鬆一鬆舒壓
               工作坊」,為中一同學提供舒壓體驗,以支援學生在疫情下的成長需要。本處一直積極推動醫教社
               攜手同行的服務理念,在八所服務中學建立了醫教社合作團隊,而港島區的學校社工團隊亦不時為
               服務學校舉辦「精神健康急救(標準)課程」,以增加學生在精神健康方面知識。


               This year, school social workers mainly focused on assisting students in adapting to the rapid changes of the
               social environment, strengthening students’ mental health, helping them in establishing a healthy peer support
               network and encouraging them to seek appropriate professional help when they were puzzled. In this period of
               time, school social workers had conducted 1,986 sessions of programmes and groups relating to mental health
               promotion, life education or stress management. St. Margaret’s Co-Educational English Secondary and Primary
               School set a theme “Shall We Talk” for students to take part in designing mental health exhibition boards and
               booth games; Lok Sin Tong Leung Kau Kui College and South Island School encouraged their students to take
               care their own self and show love and care to each other under the pandemic through drawing and Nagomi
               pastel art; S.K.H All Saints’ Middle School and HKSKH Bishop Hall Secondary School organized “Gratefulness
               x Art Workshop” for Secondary 2 and Secondary 6 students respectively to guide the students to look at their
               lives from a grateful perspective; Buddhist Sin Tak College held “Let’s Take a Break: Stress Relief Workshop”,
               providing Secondary 1 students with stress relieving experiences under the pandemic. The Agency had been
               committed to put forth the mission of joining hands with healthcare, education and social welfare professionals,
               team of the “Student Mental Health Support Scheme” had been set up in eight secondary schools we served.
               The school social work teams in the Hong Kong Island had also organized “Mental Health First-aid Course
               (Standard)” in the serving schools from time to time, raising students’ understanding towards mental health.
