Level Up Academy Learning Support Scheme
This year, every school had implemented online learning mode with the notion of “suspending
classes without suspending learning”. However, some teachers and parents reflected that
students had not yet fully adapted to this new learning norm. Having received the funding
support from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the Agency had implemented
“Level Up Academy Scheme” from October, allowing students to pick up learning progress
and boosting their learning motivation. The Agency had provided face-to-face and online
homework consultation, academic and emotional support services to about 800 Secondary
1 to Secondary 5 students from relatively disadvantaged families in 28 schools, in order to
encourage students to regain interest in study and resume a regular life routine.
