68     為學校的生涯發展教育提供藍本
          Providing the Blueprint for CLD Education in School

          「香港生涯發展自評基準」項目由本處聯同香港基督教服務處及
          香港教育大學,以英國的自評基準作為藍本,配合本地情況而共
          同編訂的十項生涯發展自評基準。第一期參與的學校有五十間,
          當中包括六間曾參與先導項目的資源學校及四十四間網絡學校,
          分為六個學校樞紐。本處團隊主要協助推動基準三至六(以學生
          為本),與校長及老師保持緊密的聯繫,協助學校進行自評、制
          定行動計劃及跟進自評基準在校內推行的措施。


          Our Agency, together with Hong Kong Christian Service and the
          Education University of Hong Kong, have formulated 10 CLD
          benchmarks for the “HKBM” programme by applying the UK
          benchmarks as blueprint for localization. 50 schools have taken part in
          Phase 1, including 6 resource schools having participated in the pioneer
          project and 44 network schools, divided into six school hubs altogether.
          Our team mainly assists with the implementation of Benchmarks 3 to 6
          (student-oriented) by keeping a close communication with the principals
          and teachers, helping schools with self-evaluation and action plan, and
          following up on the benchmark measures taken on campus.
