工，共有一百三十五位來自十六個服務單位的同工參與。此 Probation Group Career Development

外，社區隊分別與大埔地區青少年外展社會工作隊、
大埔及北區深宵外展服務和馬鞍山青少年外展社會工
作隊的同工合作，進行青少年生涯發展活動。在機構
的項目上，展翅青見計劃、明心窗和民政事務局中學
生離學生支援計劃中均加入了生涯發展導向的元素。
Four service briefings were organized for our Agency by
the Community Team under the Project, targeting at-
risk youth service workers, school social workers and
Integrated Children and Youth Services Centre workers,
with the participation of 135 workers from 16 service units.
In addition, the Community Team collaborated with the Tai
Po District Youth Outreaching Social Work Team, Tai Po
and North District Overnight Outreaching Service and Ma
On Shan Youth Outreaching Social Work teams to conduct
youth CLD activities, respectively. In Agency service projects
such as Youth Employment and Training Programme, the
Understanding Me Project and the Funding Scheme for Youth
Life Planning Activities of the Home Affairs Bureau have all
incorporated CLD-oriented elements.

青年生涯發展地區聯網

Youth CLD Regional Network
社區隊與本處新界東的服務單位共同建立生涯發
展地區平台，期望通過這個平台，共享生涯發展
資源。透過生涯發展夥伴資料庫，建立跨界別合
作資訊及服務記錄，建立共享機制。另外，為了
增強聯網內服務單位與企業伙伴的連繫，平台正
籌備與香港林寶堅尼車會合作進行「真善美職場
探索友師同行計劃2021」。

The Community Team has worked with our service

and service records will be established, and a
