職員培訓
Staff Training

中心於本年度曾為同工提供不同的培訓，內容包
括：由職業治療師簡介如何運用遙距方式，為學
童進行職業治療訓練及示範；物理治療師講解幼
兒的大肌肉發展，解釋如何透過運動改善幼兒大
肌肉，以助同工理解幼兒的發展階梯及明白背後
的理論。此外，同工亦有參與外界的專業發展訓
練，涉及範圍包括：個案管理技巧、電腦軟件應
用課程、Theraplay®-Based遊戲訓練及樂高六
色積木與遊戲箱認證培訓課程。

未來方向

Future Direction
中心將進行小型裝修工程，以改善中心環境、
設施及增加訓練空間。除此之外，中心會購置
流動訓練車，增加服務效率，讓學童及家長
可更便利地前往訓練車接受訓練。另外，不
同專業的同工將於長假期推行「跨專業綜合訓
練」，為學童提供密集式的適切訓練。

Our Centre will undergo a small-scaled fitting out
works to improve our environment and facilities,
creating a bigger training space. Moreover, the
Centre will be purchasing a mobile training vehicle
to raise our service efficiency so that it will be more
convenient for children and parents to receive
training in the vehicle. Additionally, colleagues
of different professions will implement a “Multi-
disciplinary Integrated Training” during the long
holidays, offering intensive adaptive training for
children.
