服務對象
Target Service Users

1. 小海星—到校學前康復服務
 二至六歲正就讀於參與計劃的幼稚園／幼稚園暨幼兒中
心的輕度殘疾兒童及在社會福利署中央轉介系統輪候冊
上的兒童；
 上述兒童之教師／幼兒工作員及家長／照顧者

2. 為正在輪候資助學前康復服務的兒童提供學習訓練津貼
 二至六歲的兒童，並已列入康復服務中央轉介系
統— 弱能兒童學前服務子系統的資助學前康復服務
輪候名單；
 申請兒童並非正在接受任何資助學前康復服務，包括
「到校學前康復服務」過渡服務或「早期教育及訓練中
心」過渡服務

1. Little Starfish – On-Site Pre-School Rehabilitation Services
 Children with mild disabilities who are aged from two to six
and attending the participating KGs or KG-cum-CCCs, and
children on the waiting list of Social Welfare Department
(SWD)’s central referral system; and
 Teachers / children care workers and parents / caregivers of
such children.

2. Providing Training Subsidy for Children on the Waiting List of
Subvented Pre-school Rehabilitation Services
 Children who are aged from two to six and on the waiting list
for subvented pre-school rehabilitation services under Central
Referral System for Rehabilitation Services (CRSRehab); and
 Applicant children who are not attending any subvented
pre-school rehabilitation services, including “On-site Pre-
school Rehabilitation Services” transitional services or “Early
Education and Training Centre” transitional services. 101
