教師專業培訓及支援
教師是駐校社工非常重要的合作伙伴,尤其在保護
兒童工作上。因此服務隊舉辦「保護兒童免受傷
害」教師工作坊,以講解、個案分享及討論的模
式,讓教師加深對及早識別學童及家庭需要的理
解;增加對家庭危機的敏感度,進一步加強了教師
與駐校社工的協作默契。
Teacher Professional Training & Support
Teachers are the key partners to school social workers,
especially in child safeguarding. Therefore, our service
team held a “Protecting Children from Maltreatment”
workshop for teachers, reinforcing their understanding
towards early identification of student and family needs,
raising their sensitivity towards family crises and further
strengthening teamwork between teachers and school
social workers, in the format of explication, case sharing

教師減壓活動
過去一年,教師的壓力倍增,服
務隊舉行一系列減壓活動,如:
靜觀伸展及園藝治療,讓教職員
舒緩積累的壓力,身心重新得
力。同時,服務隊為有需要的學
校邀請了本處的臨床心理學家主
持教師減壓工作坊,教師均表示
這些活動有助他們重拾平和的心
情,繼而幫助受困擾的家庭。
Teacher Stress Relief Activity
The stress of teachers had been
building up over the past year.
Therefore, the service teams
organized a series of stress
relief activities, such as mindful
stretching and horticultural therapy,
青 港 香 少 務 處 年 服 allowing teaching staff relieve their
accumulated stress and rejuvenate
their body and mind. At the same
time, the service teams invited our
clinical psychologist to schools in
need to hold stress relief workshops
for teachers. Participated teachers
reflected that these activities had
helped them restore a peaceful mind
and hence, continue providing help
to families in trouble.
