          職員培訓
          Staff Training

          服務隊的同工積極參與不同層面的專業培訓,進一步裝備自己,例如:親子治療
          遊戲訓練、如何運用社區資源協助有經濟困難的個案及以藝術協助心靈受創兒童
          等。此外,本年度繼續定期舉辦個案研討會,讓同工有專業交流個案的機會,持
          續改善處理複雜個案的手法,讓服務使用者得益。


          Our service team members had been actively taking part in professional trainings in different
          aspects to further equip themselves with skill sets such as Theraplay® training, utilizing
          community resource to help cases with financial difficulties, and art therapy for traumatized
          children, etc. On top of that, we continued to hold case study seminars on a regular basis
          for our staff to have professional sharing about their cases. The seminars allowed us to
          carry on improving their ways of handling complicated cases, benefiting more service users.

                                         Future Direction

                                         服務隊將繼續以家庭為本的理念,提供全面的駐校服務,與教職員及
                                         社區攜手,及早識別及介入有福利需要或危機的幼童及家庭,及早跟
                                         進及支援,讓幼童得以在身心健康的情況下茁壯成長。


                                         With a family-oriented direction, the service teams will continue providing
                                         holistic school services and join hands with school personnel and the
                                         community for early identification and intervention of children and family with
                                         welfare needs or risks. We aim to follow-up and support the children as early
                                         as possible so as to support on child well-being.
