社交及康樂活動
Social and Recreational Activities
在疫情下,兩間中心因應長者減少了社交活動而感到鬱悶孤獨
的狀況,採用多元化的活動手法,使長者即使留在家中,仍可
與社區及中心保持聯繫,表達與他們同行的關愛支援。
沙田綜合家居照顧服務中心於本年度聯同商界及地區義工舉辦 2020-2021
了以下活動:
(1) 與佛教慈濟基金會香港分會、香格里拉集團、卓譽義工
團、恆益國際(亞洲)有限公司、暉煌藥房供應鏈有限公
司、沙田民政事務署及保良局雨川小學合作派發福袋給中
心的長者。
(2) 與本處轄下賽馬會恆安綜合青少年服務中心的幼童軍合
作,向長者派發防疫物資,亦與馬鞍山青少年外展社會工
作隊合作,舉辦送贈賀歲獅頭擺設活動。
(3) 舉辦協助照顧者舒緩照顧壓力的活動,包括:「和」你鬆
一鬆—和諧粉彩療癒體驗及「瓶」心靜氣,讓照顧者透
點點心意計劃 過活動暫時放下煩惱,讓他們騰空一個讓自己放鬆和舒緩

“Full of Hearts”
“Full of Hearts” 壓力的時間,並學習關顧自己的心靈。
Under the pandemic, the elderly could be depressed and lonely as their
social activities have been reduced. Therefore, the two centres adopted an
approach of diversified activities, enabling the elderly to keep in touch with
the community and centres even when staying at home, to show their care
and support towards the elderly.
The Shatin Integrated Home Care Services Centre organized the following
activities with the business sector and district volunteers this year:
(1) Distributed lucky bags to the elderly of the Centre with the Buddhist
Compassion Relief Tzu-Chi Foundation Hong Kong Branch, Shangri-
La Group, Excellent Honour Volunteer Group, Harris International (Asia)
Limited, Royal Sunny Pharmacy Supply Chain Limited, Sha Tin Home
Affairs Department, and students from Po Leung Kuk Riverian Primary

(2) Cooperated with the Cub Scout of the Jockey Club Heng On Integrated the Lunar New Y ear
the Lunar New Year
Children & Youth Services Centre under the Agency to distribute
pandemic prevention resources to the elderly; and collaborated with our
Ma On Shan Youth Outreaching Social Work Team to hold the New Year
Lion Head Decoration Giveaway.
(3) Held activities to help caregivers alleviate their stress from taking care of
the elderly. It included “Relaxing with You”, a healing experience of Pastel
Nagomi Arts and “Having a Calm Mind”, an activity for carers to let go of
anxiety temporarily, spend time on relaxing and relieving stress and learn
to care about their own mind. 111
