          大埔綜合家居照顧服務中心於本年度舉辦了以下活動:
          (1) 與本處轄下賽馬會大埔綜合青少年服務中心的學生義工合作,舉辦「新春逆『情』愛同行」活
            動,透過電子平板電腦進行遙距探訪,慰問長者,送上關懷溫暖。


          (2) 利用Buscation的形式,讓體弱長者及其照顧者參與「遊車河」活動,以保持體弱長者與社區的
            接觸,而照顧者亦可在大自然的環境學習舒緩照顧壓力。


          (3) 商界團體帝港酒店集團送贈「抗疫福袋」、百佳「同心抗疫.關懷社區」計劃送贈現金食物
            券、惠康「點點心意計劃」送贈超市禮券予中心的服務使用者。


          (4) 參與由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金贊助,基督教香港信義會社會服務部主辦的「生活再動計
            劃」,參加的長者可運用平板電腦科技,於疫情下在家進行家居認知訓練及利用視像軟件遙距
            與家人保持溝通聯繫。


          兩間中心於本年度繼續獲得蘋果日報慈善基金的贊助支持,舉辦「節日加餸展關懷」活動(包括中
          秋節、冬至及新春),讓服務使用者享用豐富的慶祝飯餐,令他們感受到社會對他們的真摰關懷,
          體會人間有情。中心亦有舉辦「萬家糉子賀端陽」及「萬家月餅賀中秋」等節日關懷祝福活動。

          The Tai Po Integrated Home Care Services Centre organized the following
          activities:
          (1)  Collaborated with the student volunteers of the Jockey Club Tai Po Integrated
            Children & Youth Services Centre under the Agency, and held “Lunar New
            Year Visits – Embrace the Pandemic with Love” which allowed the elderly to
            receive love and care through remote visits on electronic tablets.


          (2)  Invited frail elderly persons and their carers to join “Buscation” bus tour for
            them to stay connected to the community and for the caregivers to learn
            how to relieve stress through the natural environment.


          (3)  Received pandemic protection packs from Royal Hotels Hong Kong, cash
            food coupons from the PARKnSHOP project of “Together Fight the Virus,
            Care the Community” and gift vouchers from the Wellcome project of “Full of
            Hearts”, and distributed them to the service users of the Centre.


          (4)  Participated in the “Lifestyle Reactivation Project” hosted by the Evangelical
            Lutheran Church Social Service Hong Kong and sponsored by the Hong

            training at home and use video software to communicate with family remotely
            using electronic tablets under the pandemic.

          The two centres have been receiving sponsorship from Apple Daily Charitable
          Foundation this year and organized “Dinner to Care” activities (at Mid-Autumn
          Festival, Winter Solstice and Lunar New Year), treating elderly with plentiful
          celebration meals to show them the care from the community and that
          there is love in the world. The Centres have also held festive events such as
          “Dragon Boat Festival - Dumpling for Every Family” and “Mid-Autumn Festival –
          Mooncake for Every Family”.
