本處於本年度繼續獲民政事務局資助，在二十三所中
學推行「想創前圖」青年生涯規劃訓練計劃，透過增
加學生對自我概念的認識，建立健康正面的自我和支
援網絡，平衡工作世界與個人的期望，制定個別化的
生涯規劃方向，協助學生邁向自我實現的目標。縱然
二零二零至二零二一學年需面對因疫情反覆停課的壓
力，本處仍成功完成二百九十二節生涯規劃訓練的活
動，服務老師、家長及學生共四千零七十五人次。

為達致在疫情期間善用多元化電子學習工具，向青少
年推動生涯規劃教育的目標，本處亦參與了由青年發
展委員會額外撥款贊助的「青年生涯規劃活動資助計
劃 (2019-22)」，在計劃下，本處的社工為青少年精
心製作了採訪八種行業入行竅門、工作苦與樂和行業
「深」友「會」系列的電子學習短片，在學校社工在
校舉辦生涯規劃活動時，發送給應屆畢業或離校生，
讓學生能在踏足社會工作前有更好的準備。

Funded by the Home Affairs Bureau, the Agency continued launching the “Career
Aspiration Youth Enlightenment Scheme”, a youth life planning training scheme, at 23
secondary schools this year. Through enhancing students’ knowledge of self-concept,
the Scheme has not only helped students build a healthy positive self-image and
support network but has also helped them strike a balance between the expectation
towards the World of Work and themselves, and create a personalized career path,
thus, assisting students to attain self-actualization. Despite the repeated school
suspension due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the 2020-21 academic year, the Agency
has still successfully organized 292 sessions of career planning training activities,
服 務 處 年 港 香 少 青 serving a total of 4,075 teachers, parents and students.

Aiming to take advantage of the diversified digital learning tools to promote life planning
education among young people during the pandemic, the Agency also took part in the
enhancement scheme under the “Funding Scheme for Youth Life Planning Activities
(2019-22)” with additional funding from the Youth Development Commission. Under the
Scheme, the Agency’s social workers have created a series of online learning videos for
teenagers. The videos, including tips for entering eight types of industry, the pleasures
and sufferings at work were sent to fresh graduates or school leavers when the school
social workers organized career planning activities at school, so as to better prepare
students before they set foot in the society to work.
