Flowers Danced in the Garden

Maylin was renowned in Chinatown as a great
cook and a wise person after the governor from South
China visited Maylin. When he came to Chinatown,
Maylin fashioned a delectable dish called Roses Sing
on New Snow and the governor said ,”This one wins
my warmest praise! ”

One day, it was announced that the famous chef,
John, was coming to town and held a competition, so
Maylin decided to bring her best dish -- Roses Sing
on New Snow to the competition. She cooked Roses
Sing on New Snow in her father’s restaurant for her
customers as a practice. First, she chopped the fish.
Then, she carved the vegetables and blended the
spices. Finally, she fried the fish and vegetables and put the spices on the dish.

On the first of July, Maylin went to the competition. When she arrived, the
judge said, “What would you cook for the competition?” Maylin said she was
going to cook Roses Sing on New Snow. The judge was astounded to hear
that, because he said that they should create a new dish, so the judge said
Maylin couldn’t cook Roses Sing on New Snow, for she had cooked it before.
Despite the fact that Maylin could not cook Roses Sing on New Snow, Maylin
did not give up.

The competition began and everyone had an hour for cooking. Maylin was
thinking of a new dish while everyone was cooking. Suddenly, Maylin thought
of an idea for her new dish, so she started cooking immediately.

When the judge shouted, “Stop!” Everyone stopped cooking. They lined
up and introduced their dishes to the judge one by one. They waddled forward
because they were nervous. Soon, it was Maylin’s turn. She said, “This dish is
called Flowers Danced in Garden. This dish is delicious and even the flowers
will be dancing after eating it. ”

Finally, the judge said, “Maylin’s dish wins my warmest praise!” After this
competition, Maylin became the most famous chef in the world and everyone
went to Chinatown for Flowers Danced in Garden. So, Maylin became very rich
and she bought a big house too!
