it, the wiser way is to turn stress from our enemy to a friend. Stressors

like deadlines, goals, and expectations can make us feel nervous, or even
freaked out at times. But imagine what would happen without stress, we
would become disengaged and idle, having no motivation to drive us working.
Therefore, stressors are necessary for us, and if we can change our thought

towards them and see them as our motivators, stress can become our friend.
Once, I was asked to finish a news report within half an hour, it was a “mission
impossible” to me and I had suffered great stress during that time. But with
the target set, I had managed to finish the task in the end.

As you can see, stress may not be necessarily a bad thing to us if we can put
it into good use. Stress can be our motivator, to drive us to work harder, faster

and better. So it is not necessary nor sensible for us to be afraid of stress.
Nevertheless, if the stress is too great, you should try talking to someone you
trust, so that you can share your difficulties with them to see if they can help
you out. Otherwise, you should seek help from a counselor.

To conclude, we have to understand that stress is just a body’s natural
reaction against challenges. Instead of fearing it, we should learn how to
cope with it, overcome it and turn it into good account by regarding it as our

         motivator, and our friend.
