A real-name system can also be used to prevent Mainland Chinese from

buying Hong Kong concert tickets. Some ticket touts are also from the
Mainland. We can use the ID number to distinguish who is from Mainland
China, and who is from Hong Kong. A real-name system can be a good system
to prevent people from buying many tickets from another country of origin.

Hong Kong ID card should be the only means to buy the ticket, so the supply
of tickets will not affect Hong Kong people.

Finally, I think ticket touts have become more rampant. A real-name system is

a good idea to ease ticket touts influence in Hong Kong.
