Jockey Club “Project IDEAL” (1/2021-12/2022)
賽馬會「你」想家長培力計劃由香港社會服務聯會統籌,以香港
中文大學社會工作學系為培訓單位,以「培力」及「轉化學習」
為中心,希望發掘家長的內在潛能,幫助家長克服親職焦慮,面
對社會處境的挑戰,用自身的成長故事帶領孩子。此計劃將以講
座、家長小組和每月重聚小組的形式建立家長互助網絡。
Jockey Club Project IDEAL is coordinated by the Hong Kong Council
of Social Service, while the training is held in Department of Social
Work of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Focusing on “Parent
Empowerment” and “Transformative Learning Approach”, the Project
hopes to explore parents’ potential and help overcome their parenthood
anxiety and cope with social challenges so that they can take the
lead for their children with their own life stories. Through holding talks,
forming parent groups and organizing monthly reunion, the Project is
building a parenting network for mutual support.

Jockey Club “Promoting Family Resilience” Project is co-initiated
by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and four non-profit
organizations, serving families with children aged from 3-29 years
old. The Project aims to promote family resilience with common belief
and effective communication among family members to deal with
difficulties in a flexible manner. Through activities such as mindfulness,
the Project provides participating families with unique experience and
allows them to explore their peculiar strengths and step into a new
future together as a family.
