Tauranga harbour estuary, Mount Maunganui Ocean Beach

We went to Tauranga harbour estuary. There is a sheltered tidal beach

here which is a perfect place to explore and discover more marine life.
We were given baskets to collect different sea animals and species

sheets to identify them. We could find a wide range of marine creatures
that live along the shoreline. It implies that the sea water is clean and

high in oxygen here. We returned all the animals back to their habitats
because we wanted to be environmentally friendly just like the New

Zealanders. What a wonderful day we had!
