I have joined the Handchime & Handbell Ensemble for four years. I
really enjoy playing the handbell very much!

Playing the handbell isn’t very difficult but a lot of effort and teamwork
are required. For example, when one of us plays a wrong note, we
will have to play the music all over again. Although the handbell can
be played alone, it is difficult. We always play together and build a
good team spirit. On the stage, as we are a team, we act like playing
one single instrument.

We attend many competitions and put on performances every year.
We not only get opportunities to get awards and perform for others,
but also build our confidence. Joining the handbell team has improved
my music knowledge as well. I can remember all the music notes.
I am sure being a handbell ensemble member is a good decision. I
hope that there will be more schoolmates joining us.

We are learning some new handbell techniques.

We are happy to have online training. We are learning how to read handbell score.
