6C Hua Chi Yuen Jonas
I have started playing the clarinet since Primary Two. I love playing this
instrument, especially with my team members in the Orchestra. My
teammates gave me encouragement, showed care, and made me more
confident. We had a great time every lesson, and we did practise hard
each time.

Our teacher, Ms. Li, always gave us treats. Unfortunately, there were
no more after-school activities this year due to COVID-19. Yet, I still
practised every week. I really wanted to go back to the orchestra
and be with my teammates, but we could only see each other on
Zoom. There was no fun when we were separated by a computer
monitor!
I would like to thank Ms. Li and Mr. Chiu for teaching us with
interesting ways and tolerating us even when we angered them. I
hope the younger ones in our team will continue to work hard and
have a good time next year.

6E Ho Ming Sum
I have joined the Orchestra for five years. I enjoyed every
practice because our conductor, Mr. Chiu, guided us
very well. Our team spirit made the music especially
elegant.
When I was in Primary Two, we won one of the competitions.
I felt so proud because our hard work finally paid off. We
celebrated joyfully that I felt like we were a big family.

When I was in Primary Four, I participated in an exchange programme in Taiwan.
I got a golden chance to watch the performance from a Taiwanese primary school
orchestra. Their music was astonishingly great and it was full of emotions. It was
surely an invaluable learning experience.
During the pandemic, we had orchestra practice on Zoom. It was challenging but I
would like to show my respect and appreciation to Miss Li, Mr. Ho, Mr. Chiu and other
Music teachers who put so much effort.
