第十四個五年規劃下構建國內大循環帶
來的商機

引言
二〇二〇年十月二十九日閉幕的中國共產黨第十九屆中
央委員會第五次全體會議上，習近平主席就《中共中
央關於制定國民經濟和社會發展第十四個五年規劃和
二〇三五年遠景目標的建議》作出說明，以構建「『以
國內大循環為主體、國內國際雙循環、相互促進的新發
展格局』為主調，更多依靠國內市場實現經濟發展。我
國有14億人口，人均國內生產總值已經突破1萬元，是全
球最大和最有潛力的消費市場」。

葉澤恩先生 香港作為國際貿易中心能扮演的角色

據世界貿易組織的統計數字，二〇一九年香港的整體貿
易達到1萬1千1百30億美元，佔全球貿易量2.9%，名列
葉澤恩先生現為大舜基金常務副主席及一帶一路國際發 全球第八位（見表一）。外貿額超過生產總值三倍，為
展聯盟副主席。

葉先生曾在香港貿易發展局服務多年，獲派駐多個海外 表一
辦事處工作，向外推廣香港產品及服務貿易；退休前擔
任香港貿易發展局前副總裁，主要負責推動一帶一路及
粵港澳大灣區發展。

葉先生畢業于香港中文大學，擁有工商管理學士學位。
他於2003年修畢哥倫比亞大學高級行政人員課程，並於
2001年取得由密切根州大學頒發的「電子商業專業進修
文憑」。

Mr Raymond Yip

Mr Raymond Yip is the Executive Vice Chairman of
Dashun Foundation and Vice Chairman of Belt &
Road Global Development Alliance.

Mr Yip worked in a variety of positions and offices at
the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC),
a statutory organization responsible for promoting
and developing Hong Kong’s international trade
in products and services, before retiring in 2019.
His last position was Deputy Executive Director
in charge of Belt and Road/Greater Bay Area
promotions among other duties.

Mr Yip graduated from the Chinese University of
Hong Kong with an honours degree in Business
Administration. He attended the Columbia Senior
Executive Programme in 2003, and holds a Graduate
Professional Diploma in E-Business, awarded by
Michigan State University.
