深化與戒毒院舍的合作
Enhanced Cooperation with

Rehab Centre for Drug Abusers
中心深化與不同戒毒院舍的協作，本年度持續與
基督教互愛中心女性訓練中心、基督教巴拿巴愛
心服務團、明愛黃耀南中心、基督教新生協會
「新生園」及「方舟行動」合作，以「沙維雅模
式」為介入手法，推行預防重吸小組。 2020-2021

The Centre also strived to enhance cooperation with
rehab centres. This year, the Centre collaborated with
Wu Oi Christian Centre Female Training Centre, the
Barnabas Charitable Service Association Limited,
Caritas Wong Yiu Nam Centre, Christian New Life
Association Project New Life Paradise and Mission Ark,
using the model of “Satir Counselling” to assist ex-drug
abusers to abstain from drug addiction problems.

為回應吸食大麻年輕化的趨勢，於中學及職業訓練局葵
涌青年學院舉辦大麻抗毒講座及午間活動。

In response to the trend of Cannabis’s use among the
youth, anti-cannabis talks and lunch-time activities has been
organized in secondary schools and at the Youth College
(Kwai Chung) of the Vocational Training Council.

Outreaching Services
中心與社會福利署合辦「月光計劃及星夜天地計
劃」，透過與荃葵青深宵外展隊合作，接觸區內
高危青少年，及早識別有需要個案。
The Centre co-organized the “Brightening Scheme and
Star Night Scheme” with the Social Welfare Department.
Through cooperating with outreaching teams for young
night drifters in Tsuen Wan, Kwai Chung and Tsing Yi,
the Centre reached out to at-risk youth in the districts
to early identify cases requiring attention. 47
