Students focus on the task at hand during their Language Arts
lesson.
In mist of the challenges, students and teachers worked
hand in hand. Teachers carved a space for students to 2019-2020 Harmony
express their thoughts and feelings; and students inspired
us with their honest and genuine reflection. Teachers
rejoiced and were encouraged by the feedback of students
when they showed their thirst for reading more. More
students have asked us where to get the original versions
of the classic stories because they wanted to read them
on their own. It showed that the lessons have sparked an
interest in them, and students felt empowered to read the
original on their own! We will keep moving forward with Students read one another’s reflective journals
our curriculum and refinement. We can’t wait to go on the and give feedback. They learn to appreciate
journey in the wonder of books with students again. their peers’ works, exchange their ideas and
think from different perspectives.
