A Sequel to a Plant Called Spot

Last Monday morning, Teddy invited his
friend, Gus to his home to see his pet plant,
Spot.

After seeing Teddy’s plant, they played
football in the garden. Teddy kicked his
football to Gus. However, the football
accidentally hit the flower pot. The flower pot
broke. Teddy was careless.

They bought a new flower pot for Spot.
The flower pot was colorful. Then they put the soil in it. Finally, they put Spot
back to the new flower pot.

They felt happy because Spot had a new home. Spot could grow into a
flower again. It was beautiful. It smelled very good.

Raj’s Last Day

Raj asked, “Mom, are we moving on the
weekend?”

“Yes, we are. Let’s get your friends a
surprise on your last day at school,” said
his mother. Raj and his mom went to the
stationery store to look around.

Raj took his backpack and went out the
door. He walked down the stairs and took a taxi. When Raj and his
mother arrived at the stationery store, they bought a pile of paper.

When they got home, Raj got into his room and folded the paper into
swans and planes. The next day, Raj gave the gifts to his classmates. All his
classmates liked them. Raj was very happy.
