The Longest Journey in the World
2B Tam Lok Ching
One morning as the sun was coming up,
the caterpillar went to my room. He crawled
and he crawled and he crawled. He crawled
under my bed. He saw some smelly socks
and a rotten apple. He said, “Where am I?”
He was scared because it was dark in the
tunnel! So he ran to the end of the tunnel.
But he was still scared, because the end
of the tunnel was a swimming pool, so he
needed to crawl past the swimming pool.
When he got past the swimming pool, he
was not scared anymore because there
were no more swimming pools and tunnels.
So he crawled and he crawled. He didn’t
look carefully so he got bump into a building. That night as the sun was going
down, he was tired, so he crawled up the stairs to get back home. When he
crawled back home, he looked back. “I am surprised!” he said to himself. “This
is the longest adventure in the world.”
