Why do we have stress? On the academic side, although we can study harder,

         we don’t need to set a goal so high that we cannot achieve. You should give
         yourself time to relax. Maybe it can make your studying more efficient. For
         example, take a walk, play ball games, listen to music or sleep for a few
         minutes. It is the best way to help you decrease the stress that comes from

         the academic side. However don’t be too lazy and you also need to work hard
         too. The above methods are ways to help you to release stress and they
         aren’t making you lazy.



         Then, for the interpersonal problem, parents have to give ‘relax time’ to
         your children. Otherwise they get depression because of you. If the problem
         becomes too serious, your children would commit suicide. The suggestions
         don’t only apply to parents. Students should talk to your parents when you

         have a lot of stress. Don’t do the stupid thing to hurt your parents as you are
         their darlings.


         I hope students who have stress solve the problems as soon as possible. If
         you don’t care about it, it will turn to a bigger problem in your life. Then, the
         problem will become too hard to handle by yourself. Therefore, you can talk
         to your parents or teachers about your stress and they are going to help you.
