Stress is everywhere

A recent survey conducted by the Student Union shows that 70% of the
students at school suffer from stress. The cases of students suffering from
stress have set the alarm bells ringing.

What is stress? In a medical or biological context, stress is a physical,
mental or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension. It can be

feel stressed when they have conflicts with parents, friends or lover. A case
in point is parents always compel their children to join a lot of extracurricular
activities and tutorial classes. It has to be noted that teenagers want more
