At last, allowing the public to use our sports facilities may affect the
image and learning atmosphere of schools. Since many bad habits would be
carried into schools like smoking, fighting or even swearing etc. These bad
habits may be set as bad examples of violence and irresponsibility to our
schoolmates. And when other people look at our school, they would see us
as bad and disgusting. It is absolutely not a good idea to open our schools. If
people cannot bear their own responsibility, it is not only giving problems to
schools, it also affects students and lets them learn bad habits.
To sum up, allowing the public to use our school’s facilities after school hours
is totally a bad idea. It brings a lot of problems to us, killing our students’
exercise time and even teaching us bad habits. Certainly, this solution can
solve the problem of insufficient community sports facilities. But the main
point is – people shall behave themselves and bear their own responsibilities:
Just like throwing garbage into rubbish bin and not swearing. But it seems
these will not happen because people don’t care about the schools. Otherwise if they
can behave themselves, why should we worry?
Yours faithfully,
Chris Wong
