Teachers' Blessings

“Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will
live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” (Albert Einstein)
Wish you all find your strengths and pursue your passion in the time to come!

                                                       Miss Ady Wong Wai Sum

          Dear F.6 Pyers,

Happy time flies very quickly and it is the time for you to celebrate your
          graduation in Wa Ying College.

In fact, I miss all the great time when we had English lessons at school. Though
it was not easy to go through three years of senior secondary education, you all
made it and did your best in your DSE exam. I really appreciate all your hard work
and great effort in doing your utmost, striving for excellence and pursuing your
          dream.

I hope that all of you can be admitted to your dream degree programme. You may come across ups and downs in your university
studies and future careers, don’t forget to have faith in yourselves, keep going and learning. You will certainly see the light at the
          end of the tunnel.

Wish you all the best in your university studies. Congratulations on your graduation and best wishes for your next adventure!!
                                                                                               Miss Leung Wing Sze

          Dear F.6 graduates,

There is nothing more rewarding to me than having the opportunity to watch all
of you learn and grow over the past 6 years.

For the graduates, it is an amazing feeling to survive all the sleepless nights,
difficult exams and school activities after many years.

For me, my fondest memory with all graduates is full of good times, laughter
and sweat. The most amazing pictures include students asking questions and
observing seriously when they learn outside. Though there were tough times: some students did not co-operate with me to strive
for improvement due to procrastination; plans utterly failed several times. I learnt how to listen to their difficulties patiently.
Graduation is a time for looking forward but also a time for looking back and reminiscing. When we look forward,
“Courage” is not the absence of fear. Only idiots have no fear. Courage is the mastering of it. Do not be afraid or worried about
what is to come. I know you, and I know you already have it covered. Embrace yourself, chin up and explore the world ahead
             of you.
“Be humble”: Use all you have gained wisely, and keep being humble. Do things out of the kindness of your heart, without the
expectation of anything in return; even gratitude.
“Fly high and dream high”: Don’t quit trying and don’t rest until you achieve all you’ve ever dreamed of. I hope your dreams
take you to the corners of your smiles, to the highest of your hopes, to the windows of your opportunities, and to the most
special places your heart has ever known.

Your journey is just beginning. The world is waiting for you to bestow great things upon it. Congratulations on your graduation.
May your knowledge carry you far. Remember, always cherish our school motto “We work together, We care, We serve”.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will
make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6, NIV)

                                                                                               Miss Yeung Sau-fung
