是次活動令我感受到日本幼兒 這次日本交流中行程中我們參
的學習情況，相比香港的幼兒，日 觀了三間幼稚園，包括是泉山幼
本幼兒的幼稚園生活較悠閒但快 稚園、ABIKO幼稚園和大阪基督教
樂。而香港幼兒每天的活動都十 短期大學附屬聖愛幼稚園，透過
分充實。另外日本幼兒教育所著重 到訪這些學校，能讓教師們互相學
的地方與我們十分不同，他們多數 習，一起進步。在交流的過程中，
運用自然的環境、真實的物件與幼兒 我們能更了解日本學校的教學及本地
進行教學。而香港的教育現時較多以電 文化，每間幼稚園的環境都十分優美，
子器材進行活動，其實可以多學習日本現時的方式， 課堂活動亦非常豐富，幼兒有禮貌，會主動向參觀者
減少幼兒在學校的使用電子器材的時間。 打招呼和微笑。

在出發前，已經很期待日本
的幼稚園會是什麼環境、質素，
或許是因為不同國家的教育制度
不同、家長的配合及價值觀有
所異同、還是環境的影響，香港
與日本的幼稚園分別頗大，最令
我印象深刻的是泉山幼稚園，其校
園與大自然融合，讓幼兒玩樂探索的
設施多元化，老師亦為幼兒提供很大的自由度，幼
兒能在校園自由活動，老師並不是放手不管，而是
教會幼兒自我保護的意識，更接受幼兒有受傷的時
候，這樣「放手」的教學方法，在香港又可以如何
改良？
