Apart from staying in a local school, our
group could tour around the city and get to Excursion to the

It is my first time to go overseas. I was so
happy and excited to go to Australia. All
things to me are new such as the long-
haul flight, staying at a host family. My host
family come from the Philippines. They are
very welcoming to me, so I could have a
nice time in Australia. They brought me to
many places in Australia. For example, the
Rock and the beaches. I remember that
one time, they brought me to the restaurant
in Australia and that day was the birthday of
my host family’s son. We chatted about me
and were like a family.
In Tyndale Christian School, many things
are very different from STCC. Their lessons
are diversified. They have a lot of different
kinds of lessons such as the comics lesson
and Japanese lesson. Those lessons are
rare in Hong Kong. And Tyndale has many
students coming from other countries. It is
very interesting to me.

1 Upon arrival in the first morning of the trip, we go to the Sydney Opera House, the landmark of the city. We feel tired after the
long-haul flight but excited.
2-5 On Saturday, we go sightseeing in the city. We have a group photo in the Darling Harbour and the University of Sydney after
visiting the Paddy’s Market and China Town. Students are treated with ice-cream by teachers for their good performance
throughout the trip. Yummy! Relaxing and fun time spent together!
