Active Participation in Competitions

Students had a remarkable performance in many of the external competitions.
Several selected prizes are listed below:
1. HTYC students won Championship in the One Million HKD Scholarship Computer Science Competition
organised by AiTLE and William Jessup University. Four S6 graduates were granted full tuition to study in
William Jessup University (US). (2019)

2. Gold Award in the “I am Inventor Award Competition 2018” 善德關愛科研青年發展計劃「我是發明家大賽」-
Windows 90 and our students obtained a patent for its unique innovative elements.

3. 10 World Children Art Awards 2021 – 傑出藝術教育學校大獎 and championship (Junior: 2D Chan SC),
second prize (Junior: 3C Tsang CL; Senior: 4D Tang KS) and Merit prize (Junior: 2D Yau F)

4. “Great School” title in The Greater Bay Area STEM Excellence Award Competition 2020 (HK)

5. In STEM education, the HTYC team won the 1 Runner Up in The Schools Challenge Hong Kong 2021

6. First Tech Challenge Competition 2018 Winning Alliance Award (HK-Macau Selection Round)
