Develop leadership skills
Discipline Education Committee
Leadership Training Programme
Every year, the Discipline Education Committee
arranges 2 leadership training programmes for all Blooming in grace
prefects. The aim of this programme is to enhance the
leadership of prefects as well as team building.
The training programme in the first term is the Prefect
Training Camp. In these 2 day and 1 night training
camp, adventure-based activities are offered, prefects
are divided into groups and they have to finish
different tasks assigned by the coaches. Prefects
have to cooperate and support each other in order to
complete these tasks.
The training programme in the
second term is mainly organised
by the prefect core group
members. This programme
provides an opportunity for
the prefect leaders to organise
different activities for the prefect
board members to build up their
leadership.
Prefects are fully engaged in
these activities which leave good
memories in their school life.
