Hello, I am Cyrus Wu from Class 6D.

I remember that I joined the Athletics Team in P.3
after I won the 100M race on Sports Day. From that
108 time on, I love running more than playing football.

In the past few years, I greatly enjoyed running. Our
school teachers taught us the skills and how to be a
good athlete. They also gave us a lot of chances to
enhance our ability through many competitions.

I once took part in the Inter-district Track and Field
Competition. My opponents (top one in other districts)
all ran very fast. I could not get into the final but still, it
was a great experience. There always are people who
do better than us. We should know our weaknesses

and keep improving with grim determination, then we
will succeed in the future.
The old adage ‘know yourself and know your enemy’
is an appropriate analogy.

Sometimes it is easy to have a passion for something,
only if there is a bit of encouragement.
