The Three Little Dogs and a Tiger
4C Ng Tsz Wai
Once upon a time, there were three little dogs and a tiger in the forest. The tiger wanted to eat the three little dogs. The
dogs knew about it and they decided to build their own houses for protection.
The first dog was not very smart. He built his house with leaves. His house was weak. Therefore, the tiger blew his house
down. The house fell apart and the first dog ran to his brother.
The second dog was smarter. He built his house with carton boxes. He thought it was strong. At the moment, the first dog
arrived and knocked on the door and shouted, ‘Help! The tiger is coming!’
The second dog opened the door and let his brother through. The tiger stood in front of the door. He ran and hit the house.
The house fell down too! The dogs ran quickly to find their brother.
The third dog was the smartest. He knew the tiger was very strong so he built his house with dog bones. He was very tired.
At the same time, his brothers knocked on the door and yelled, ‘Help! Open the door!
The tiger is behind us!’
The third dog opened the door and let them in. The tiger kept hitting the house.
But the house didn’t fall down. The tiger was tired and his hands were in pain from all
the hitting. Since then, the three little dogs lived happily ever after.
