My Family

4A Lim Tze Yan, Annabelle

My name is Annabelle I have four family members. They are my mother, my father, my grandma and me. We
live together in Cho Yiu.
My mother’s name is Miko. She is forty-three years old. Her birthday is

on 22 August.We are different height. She is 155 cm tall and I am 128 cm
tall. I am shorter than her. We are different weights. She is 50kg and I am 29
kg. She is heavier than me. My eyes are bigger than hers. Her pointed fingers
are longer than mine. My hair is longer than hers.
She is the smartest person in my family because she always teaches
me how to do homework. She is the most good-tempered person in my family
too because she never shouts at me.
My favourite food is fish because it is yummy. My mom likes eating crabs
because she thinks they taste fresh! She often played in the playground when
she was young. She sometimes goes cycling with us. We are happy when we
go cycling. She seldom joins us for ice-skating though. When I go ice-skating
with my dad, my mom will only sit on a bench and wait for us. Nonetheless, I
still have a good time with my family.
I appreciate all the things that my family does for me. I am thankful for
them in my heart. I love my family!

The Three Little Wolves, Mrs. Wolf and the Tiger

One summer in the forest, there were three little wolves, a tiger and Mrs. Wolf. The tiger wanted to eat the three little
wolves and Mrs. Wolf. The three little wolves and Mrs. Wolf knew about it and they decided to protect themselves by finding a
cave or building a house on their own.
The first wolf was smart. He found a dark cave, he thought it was safe and the tiger couldn’t catch him. The tiger said, ‘The
cave is so dark. I can’t see anything.’ Then, the tiger left and first wolf laughed at him.

The second wolf was stupid. He built a house with straw. He thought the house was strong, but the tiger came and blew the
house down. The house fell apart. The wolf ran quickly to find their brother.
The third wolf and Mrs. Wolf were the smartest. They built their house with hard bricks. The tiger was over the moon
because he thought he could destroy the house, but the house was too strong.
The tiger couldn’t blow the house down because the house was too strong.
The tiger never caught the three little wolves, Mrs. Wolf thought protecting their
home was a piece of cake. The tiger felt tired and disappointed. Since then, the
three little wolves and Mrs. Wolf lived happily ever after.
