Health Education Committee

The Health Education Committee
(HEC) helped students develop
a healthy lifestyle by providing a
healthy and pleasurable school
environment. Through liaising
with the tuck shop, we ensured
that students enjoyed healthy
and nutritious food and drinks,
and held health education
activities in school.

1-2. Aquaponics Workshop
Students learnt about the aquaponics self-generation system through
study and hands-on experience. Students also prepared a meal with the
harvest from the aquaponics garden.
3-4. Blood Donation day
Many thoughtful students and teachers participated in this meaningful
event organised by Hong Kong Red Cross.
5-6. Food Tasting
Parents, teachers and students were invited to help us choose a new lunch
supplier that could provide safe, nutritious and healthy food to STCC.
