To SEE.To CARE.To TAKE ACTION
MCEC helped nurture students to think positively when facing
challenges in their lives. We wanted to educate students to be respectful
and responsible towards others and their surroundings by providing
various learning experiences about local issues in their own community
as well as around the world. We are grateful for the positive responses
from STCC students. 1

grannies’
We organised ‘Love Action’ in Shun Lee Estate. Students
went to the estate and showed their care and concern
for the elderly that earn a living by collecting cardboard
each day. Students learnt about their hardship by having
to scavenge the streets. Although difficult, students
appreciated and were humbled by the experience.
6 6-7. Green Action: Beach Clean Up—Plastic Pollution
S.2 students went to Little Palm Beach in Sai Kung
and Shek O Beach to undergo a beach clean-up. They

beach and marine conservation.
