          EXTENSIVE IN-SERVICE CURRICULUM DEVELOP

          TRAINING
          EDB Curriculum Development Officer (2015 – 2018)
          English staff have been working with an EDB language support officer to
          review school-based curriculum development and foster collaborative lesson
          planning and materials development. The range of teaching strategies
          deployed through this project have helped to increase student motivation and
          their willingness to cooperate in classes. The integration of life and career
          planning into the junior English curriculum has also helped motivate students
          to strive towards achieving personal and career-related goals.
